How do I know if a Lockly smart lock will fit my door?

Our smart locks are designed to fit most standard doors with a thickness of 1 3/8" to 2". They are compatible with both left and right-handed doors and replace most existing deadbolts.

What is the shipping timeframe for my order?

What happens if the battery dies on my smart lock?

Lockly devices feature a low-battery warning system. If the battery dies completely, you can use the physical backup keys provided or use a 9V battery on the external contact points to provide temporary power.

What is your return policy for electronics?

Do I need a hub to control my lock remotely?

While Bluetooth control is standard, remote access from anywhere in the world requires the Lockly Secure Link Wi-Fi Hub, which is included with 'W' series models or sold separately.

Does Lockly offer a warranty on its hardware?

Yes, we provide a 1-year limited warranty on all electronic components and a limited lifetime warranty on the mechanical finish and hardware.
